A Bismarck man accused of leading police on a low-speed chase from Bismarck to Mandan and back to Bismarck faces two felony charges.

Glen Reiner, 22, appeared Monday in district court to face Class Cfelony charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police officers and unauthorized use of motor vehicle.

South Central District Judge Donald Jorgensen set bond for Reiner at $5,000 cash and ordered him to participate in the 24/7 Sobriety Program.

Reiner also was charged in Bismarck Municipal Court with driving under the influence, driving under suspension, reckless driving, unlawful registration and no liability insurance, all Class B misdemeanors. Reiner pleaded guilty, and Judge William Severin sentenced him to seven days in jail for the DUI, three days for driving under suspension, 30 days for reckless driving, three days for unlawful registration and five days for no liability insurance.

Bismarck police attempted to pull over a brown Toyota Tundra on Saturday night because it was suspected of being involved in a wreck, Lt. Mike Wardzinski said. He said authorities chased the driver from Bismarck to Mandan and then across Memorial Bridge, where Bismarck Police placed a spike strip across the road
